1. What BasisPointLiquidity is

BasisPointLiquidity is a tuition-only forex curriculum. We publish structured, self-paced lessons across three tracks — Foundations, Prop-Firm Prep, and Discretionary — alongside weekly live office hours and structured journal reviews. We sell access to lessons, livestreams, and grading rubrics, and nothing else.

We do not sell signals. We do not run an affiliate broker desk, take spread kickbacks, or route you to a broker for a referral fee. We make no income claims, promise no funded accounts, and publish no “average student” numbers. Revenue comes from tuition alone, and that is the only thing this terms page covers.

2. The service

A paid subscription gives you lesson access, attendance at the weekly live office-hours calls, and the right to submit journal reviews for grading against the same rubric the curriculum teaches. Pricing, billing cadence, and tier limits are server-computed at checkout time and stated before you pay; they do not change mid-period for the period you have already paid.

Lesson materials, recordings, journal rubrics, and the live-call replays are BasisPointLiquidity’s intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal study. Your trading journal, your trade plans, and your notes remain yours; you can publish them or destroy them as you choose.

3. Your account, your obligations

You keep your account credentials to yourself. You use the curriculum for your own study and do not redistribute lessons, call recordings, or rubrics to people who have not paid for them. Tier access is yours for as long as your subscription is current; it ends when the subscription does and resumes when it does.

You also agree to use the service lawfully — no scraping, no resale, no attempts to share a single account across a cohort. Accounts are personal, and basic anti-sharing rules apply.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal. We link the portal from your account page; the link is also in every paid-renewal email. Once you cancel, access continues until the end of the billing period your most recent fee covered, and then your subscription does not renew. There is no fee to cancel, and no retention call to sit through.

5. Refunds

Refund handling is short and is documented in full on the Refund Policy page. In one line: we reverse duplicate or unauthorized charges, and we do not issue partial-period refunds once a paid period has begun. We’d rather you raise an issue than file a chargeback.

6. Disclaimers

BasisPointLiquidity is educational content, not investment advice. We do not recommend any specific trade, broker, position size, or risk rule for your personal account; what you do with the framework is your call. Past performance of any methodology — ours or anyone else’s — is not indicative of future results. Trading carries the risk of total loss of capital, and you are solely responsible for what you risk on any given session.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BasisPointLiquidity is registered. If anything in them looks wrong, ambiguous, or out of step with the rest of the site, write to lotlore-2@polsia.app and we will respond before a chargeback or dispute is filed. Material changes to these terms are announced by email at least fourteen days before they take effect.
